we like to come here for recreation and to see the amazing crystal caverns =the stalagmites and stalactytes are very cool an d the temperature stays the same all year round!

We love to stop by Dixie Caverns gift and antique shop just to see what's new. Half of the store is antiques - and they have quite a collection. The other half is cheap souvenirs, clothing and household decorative items. They have a lot of odds and ends that you can't find elsewhere. The actual caverns are wonderful to walk through. The guides are very familiar with the formations and areas of the caverns. The paths are well-lit and there aren't too many stairs. It's great for kids. Just remember to bring a jacket - it's always cool in there.

We have stayed at Dixie Caverns Campground numerous times. Although it is small and might leave a little be desired when first driving up it is a great facility. We have never had any problems when we stay there. The staff is always nice and the bathroom facility is always clean. The caverns themselves are a lot of fun. If you camp you can get discounted tickets if you just want to see the caverns you can do that as well. Our tour guide was a lot of fun and it was a great experience.
